What we heard

Stanford University's Fogarty Innovation Hub approached Third Space for support on voice-of-the-customer research and market landscape assessment, plus 3D concept testing for a new diagnostic device for pediatric sleep apnea.

In parallel we analyzed 10M+ de-identified commercial & CMS claims, quantified denial rates by payer/procedure/geo (12–18% first-pass denials; >50% preventable), and benchmarked capabilities.
